Judson Villa

After successfully operating several Real Estate investment companies, Judson Villa decided to extend his knowledge to outside investors seeking an alternative to the traditional stock investments. Safe IRA Homes manages investment vehicles that exploit opportunities created by the recent dislocations in U.S. real estate market.

Initially capitalized with funds from its founder, SIRAI employs a multi-faceted approach to sourcing and structuring investments across a range of asset classes, building upon the hands-on financial and operational expertise of its founder and lead portfolio manager, Judson Villa.

Judson is an experienced real estate professional who built a company focused on capitalizing on the current Real Estate Owned (REO) oversupply. In August of 2009 he formed Private Equity Capital, LLC (PEC); a Sarasota-based company that buys and sells REO properties throughout the United States.

In its brief history, PEC had quickly grown its acquisition base by taking advantage of Judsons REO sources, his unmatched expertise in the field, and an incisive strategy for minimizing turnaround time. His exceptional due diligence and insightful analysis of the current real estate market has led him to close hundreds of transactions in FL, TX, GA, AZ, LA, TN, and CA making PEC the largest buyer in the Gulf Coast area in 2011 and it continues to grow at a steady pace. PEC continues to operate as the acquisition arm for Safe IRA Homes in order to limit the liability exposure for title and legal work.
